Together, we're redefining an industry in desperate need of a shakeup.SummaryThe Parts Specialist is responsible for handling parts and inventory responsibilities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Works with Manager/Supervisor to ensure and monitor the department's compliance with all safety and environmental health guidelines.Effectively coordinates Parts orders to end-users and the Service department daily to meet department goals through prioritization of work and appropriate placement of orders.Sources parts needed for repairs and orders including for service, stock and customer direct. Ensures parts, warranty parts & cores are returned to parts department within 2 daysCompletes Branch level Inventory tasks including but not limited to: Shipping/Receiving, inventory stocking, cycle countingParts support responsibilities - inventory control, parts training, pricing acumen, purchasing, supply chain understanding, customer experience, etc.Build supportive relationships with all departmental and functional leaders. Help them with information, advice, support, perspective and analysis.Maintain excellent relationships and reputation with key suppliers and other manufacturers we represent. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities
