Job Description:
**Overview**The Coastal Sciences Division is seeking a project
coordination professional to support wind energy research projects
at PNNL.A successful project coordinator is an individual who is an
excellent project planner with the ability to develop and maintain
strong team relationships under changing priorities and quarterly
driven milestones. The candidate will work closely with project and
task managers to develop and track project plans, assist in
developing statements of work for contractors, track contractor
invoices and payments, and assist in developing written project
content for outreach and engagement activities. They will promote a
culture of cooperation, execution excellence, and cross-functional
problem-solving to enable a high-performing team. The candidate
will also provide coordination and organizational support to ensure
the continued success and expansion of PNNL's wind energy
program.**Responsibilities**+ Organize, attend, and participate in
project execution meetings+ Document meeting minutes and key
decisions; follow-up on action items+ Assist in developing project
plans and track project status against the project plan+ Work
closely with the project and task managers to identify next
execution steps and support operational activities and issue
resolution+ Assist in developing statements of work for contracted
work; track invoices and payments+ Assist in compiling technical
reports and project milestones/deliverables+ Coordinate between
project teams and internal communications staff to support
developing documents, presentations, and webpages for external
outreach and engagement+ Support the wind energy program through
coordination and organizational support**Qualifications**Minimum
Qualifications:+ Bachelor's degree and up to 2+ years of relevant
experience+ Advanced degreePreferred Qualifications:+ Experience in
developing statements of work, managing invoices and payments, and
logistical planning and coordination**Hazardous Working
