Job Description:
A software development company has a current position open for a
Remote Tier 1 Client Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
Understand clients' problems and troubleshoot an appropriate
solution
Look for problematic patterns and escalate them to the Product
team
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
At least 1-year experience in a technical support role
Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, or other help desk
software
