In this role you will get to connect with decision makers and qualified opportunities to understand their pain points, showcase the product, and present how we can add value to their business. -This is a role that requires strong presentation skills, a high hustle factor, solid communication and listening skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow.   • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Work with prospects post demo to help them reach a decision on company wellness
  • Qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Run meetings
  • Report to the VP of Sales on resultsKey Competencies, Skills, or Abilities:
    • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work without close supervision
    • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
    • Good time management/organizational skills
    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
    • Fast learn and competitive spiritExperience - Required:
      • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, marketing, and/or customer service
      • Closing experience with Fortune 1000 customers
      • Familiarity with the outbound process
      • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls
      • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)Experience - Preferred: -
        • Familiarity with the health and wellness industry
