Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will provide project management for
Faith+Lead, Luther Seminary's innovative hub of learning
opportunities and digital resources serving Christian communities
and their leaders outside of degree programs. Faith+Lead - a
startup within a 150-year-old educational institution - is looking
for a team of fresh, innovative Project Coordinators to support our
creative and digital team. This position will collaborate with our
Directors of Business Operations & Digital Strategy to manage new
projects and processes from start to finish. We're looking for an
energetic, extremely well-organized, creative problem solver with a
passion for bringing unique projects across the finish line. Must
be self-motivated, energetic, willing to learn and live the
creative and digital process, as well as willing to live and
breathe budgets, timelines, and reporting. This is a unique
opportunity to learn the art of project management. While
experience in project management is desired, what is more important
is proof of a strong work ethic and the desire to proudly own a
project from beginning to end. KEY RESULT AREAS - Create and
deliver projects on time and on budget, including developing
budgets, timelines, and reporting - Exercise ownership of projects
from beginning to end - Manage project progress through task
tracking systems and quality management with a deep understanding
of the creative process - Anticipate needs and manage expectations
throughout the project life cycle - Assist the team by completing
daily tasks, which will include estimating, budgeting, SOW
creation, online client meetings, data input and maintenance,
client communication, design review, team collaboration, event
planning, customer service, and more. - Maintain smooth and
accurate communication among clients and creatives - Manage
creative projects - Print, Branding, Presentation, Web, Digital,
etc. RELATIONSHIPS A. Reports to the Director of Business
Operations, Faith+Lead. B. Internal relationships with Faith+Lead
Team, Business Office; daily engagement with Faith+Lead StudioHub
team and the Director of Digital Strategy and Director of Business
Operations C. External relationships with vendors, contractors, and
clients JOB SPECIFICATION A. Commitment to Luther Seminary's
Mission and Vision. B. Desired education and experience: Bachelor's
Degree or equivalent in experience; three to five years of previous
experience demonstrating expertise in administration and planning.
C. Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities: -Passionate about
being the change through innovation and fresh thinking -Familiarity
with Christian organizations helpful -Excellent organizational
skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple
projects simultaneously -Ability to learn and become an expert with
technology, specifically PM software and CRM tools, including
Monday.com and Hubspot. Proficiency in Google, Word, and Excel is a
plus. -Strong communication skills -Quick response times -Strong
leadership with the ability to solve issues under high pressure
-Strong listening and superior relationship building skills
-Intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence, and
persuasion skills -Experience as a project manager is desired.
