Job DescriptionOverviewAdobe AEM Correspondence ExpertEstimated Start Date:5/15/2017Estimated End Date:12/31/2017Estimated Hours of Work: 500Primary Location: Andersen DHS Building 540 Cedar St. St. Paul, MN 55155Descriptionof Work: In this project, the vendor will provide expert-level Adobe AEM Correspondence development services. Vendor will provide AEM Correspondence development assistance and expertise in order for the State to make best usage of the capabilities of the AEM Correspondence tool and begin creating correspondence solutions that fully utilize its capabilities. Contractor will work directly withMN.IT@ DHS AEM developers and impart knowledge and skills to these developers through direct interaction and written documentation of processes followed. Initially, this work will be local, working directly with the developers, but could progress to remote assistance, with a primary goal still being knowledge transfer and training of our developers. Development duties will include, but are not limited to the following tasks: Provide best practice knowledge and guidance for AEM Correspondence development process and procedures toMN.IT@ DHS AEM developers. Assist with development of Correspondence solution for the Licensing Division creating correspondence such as background study decision letters, correction orders, find orders and other correspondence. This correspondence has the following specific requirements:Create standardized logic-driven letters, orders and memorandums for documents that are produced on a repetitive basis.Integrate AEM Correspondence with the NetStudy system, pulling data from that system based on specified logic to populate letter templates.Apply appropriate text into letters based on specific rules and logic.Build an approval process for review and editing of NetStudy correspondence.Allow approvers to view letters that are in queue for approval.Allow saving of final correspondence into FileNet and/or NetStudy system.Pull demographic data from the source system related to an individual.Pull multiple dynamic reasons for disqualification from the source system into the letter. Allow for 1 or many reasons to be included in the letter. This applies to required actions to be taken, offenses, and other lists of data that may be included in a letter. Allow the data in these dynamic lists to be sorted.Allow for one to many affiliated entities to be listed on the letter. o Allow for multiple entities requesting a background study on a subject to be listed in a letter. o Allow calculated date for termination of disqualification in a letter.Allow for possibility of saving a letter and retrieving new, updated data from source system. o Allow electronic signature to be added to the letter, using signature of workflow approver. o Allow form letters to be provided in either electronic fillable format or printed.Allow letters to be bundled into a package by study subject. This would be done in a post process, allowing multiple letters to be created individually and separately for a subject prior to bundling.Allow envelope size to be selected for letters Assist with setting up roles in the Correspondence system as follows:Create correspondence (create, edit, delete, view)Approve correspondence (approve, create, edit, delete, view)View correspondence (view, print)o Business administration (create tags, credit/edit/delete assets, create templates) Assist with data security and protection. Assist with organizing the flow of tasks in the workflow process based on defined rules, including handling of exceptions. Assist with integration of AEM Correspondence with other systems, such as NetStudy. This will include development of xml files for integration. Assist with configuring of AEM Correspondence application for best use. Assist with tuning of AEM Correspondence system for most efficient throughput. Assist with incorporating appropriate cleanup processes into AEM Correspondence systems. Assist with creating processes using AEM to deliver documents to users in a context that is relevant to the business process using web services and integrating with other systems. Help provide reports on AEM correspondence software operations and statistics on how the system is performing. Consultant will be expected to work directly with State development staff with the goal of mentoring and training such that staff learn necessary skills to develop and support solutions using AEM Correspondence.Job DetailsN/A
