**Overview****Job Summary** : The Patient Relations Liaison will facilitate resolution of patient concerns, ensuring regulatory compliance with patient rights and grievance management as well as improving patient experience for M Health Fairview assigned locations.**Schedule:****Week 1:**Mon. - Fri. 8am - 4:30pm**Week 2:**Mon. - Fri. 8am - 4:30pm**Responsibilities/Job Description****Job** **Expectations:**+ Ensure voice of patients, families, and other customers are heard and Patient Relations and other staff and providers across the system are responding to their needs and requests in an informed, timely, fair and ethical manner.+ Support system-wide processes for efficient management of patient complaints and grievances across M Health Fairview with leadership and other stakeholders.+ Identify opportunities for improvements for complaint, grievance, and service recovery processes, while maintaining alignment with the Fairview Operating System.+ Support service recovery/complaint management for staff and providers in the organization.+ Support Customer Experience initiatives in meeting performance dimension goals and targets.+ Maintain knowledge of and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards.+ Exemplifies customer experience service standards.**Organization Expectations** **, as applicable:**+ Demonstrates ability to provide service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served.+ Partners with patients and care givers as needed.+ Communicates in a respectful manner.+ Ensures a safe, secure environment.+ Modifies interventions based on population served.+ Provides education based on as assessment of needs of patient/care giver.+ Fulfills all organizational requirements+ Completes all required learning relevant to the role+ Complies with and maintains knowledge of all relevant laws, regulation, policies, procedures and standards.+ Fosters a culture of improvement, efficiency and innovative thinking.+ Requires self-initiative, good mediation and conflict resolution skills; excellent listening and communication skills, critical thinking, soundness in judgement, and ability to interact effectively with people and work in teams.+ Performs other duties as assigned.**Qualifications****M** **inimum Qualifications to Fulfill Job Responsibilities** **:****Required****Education**+ Bachelors Degree**Experience**+ 3+ years health care, human service, or customer service/ relations or otherrelated experience**Preferred****Education**+ Masters in healthcare or related field**Experience**+ Experience with a grievance data management software platform**Level to which this Job r** **eports** **:** System Manager Patient Relations**Does this job have direct r** **epor** **ts:** No**Does this job have indirect r** **eports** **:** No**Need help finding the right job?**We can recommend jobs specifically for you!_Fairview Health Services (fairview.org) is an award-winning, nonprofit health system providing exceptional care across the full spectrum of health care services.
