Core Responsibilities

ASSEMBLING INFORMATION AND REPORTS:

  • Strong ability in creating & compiling presentations, data reports, basic analysis of data. Compose letters, memoranda and other
  • Review documents for COO approval.
  • Manage incoming correspondence and reports; assess importance of materials and organize documents; respond to messages and distribute related materials as appropriate.
  • Collect and maintain records, statistical information, and
  • Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner

COORDINATING PROJECTS:
  • Manage projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; assigning work to administrative staff; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to
  • Coordinate the evaluation of office procedures and policies, implementing revisions and improvements based upon
  • Recommend actions to be taken on process, compliance and budgetary items.

MANAGING TRAVEL AND OFFICE WORK:
  • Manage the SVP's calendar to include time management; scheduling all meetings; preparing agendas; making off-site reservations and arranging travel when
  • Process and maintain expenses for the SVP.

BUSINESS CONDUCT
  • Commits to behave in compliance with the company's values and Code of Conduct
  • Builds a culture of work safety and leads by example with one's own safe behavior
  • Treats co-workers with respect and approaches conflict with positive intent and professionalism
  • Asks questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it - champions change when improvements can be made

Skills Required
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Advanced ability to create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm
  • specific programs and software
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

Education Requirements (Any)

Associates degree or 1-3 years equivalent experience
