About Children's Minnesota:
Children's Minnesota is the seventh largest pediatric health
system in the United States and the only health system in Minnesota
to provide care exclusively to children, from before birth through
young adulthood. An independent and not-for-profit system since
1924, Children's serves kids throughout the Upper Midwest at two
free-standing hospitals, 12 primary and specialty care clinics and
six rehabilitation sites.
Additionally, Children's is Minnesota's only Level I pediatric
trauma center inside a hospital dedicated solely to children. In

The Environmental Services Department provides cleaning and/or
disinfecting services in all hospital areas. They are also
responsible for the collection and management of infectious and
solid waste, moves, set-ups, used equipment, recycling program,
pest control, and environmental maintenance.
Under direct supervision, performs daily cleaning tasks for
patient and resident rooms, nursing stations, lounges, restrooms,
offices, clinic areas, and any other areas assigned in accordance
with standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department
and in accordance with facility standards and objectives.
NOTE: This is a part time evening shift position and will
require the employee to work every other weekend. Work schedule can
be subject to change.
- 6 months general housekeeping experience preferred.
