I am excited to share several new career opportunities at Community Action Partnership of Ramsey and Washington Counties Head Start, including Teachers and Assistant Teachers in both infant and toddler classrooms.

At Community Action, our mission is to reduce the causes of poverty and its impact on people's lives in our community. We serve a diverse population of children and families, and we are committed to hiring early childhood professionals who know and understand the children and families we serve.

Our Head start program recently received an Early Head Start Expansion grant and we are adding eight additional infant and toddler classrooms in our Head Start program in St. Paul. We are currently recruiting professional, nurturing and dedicated educators to work with infants and toddlers in our program, with a planned start date of August 9, 2021.

Infant/Toddler Teacher (Bachelor's degree required) salaries:

Starting salary $20.85/ hour ($21.39 hour bilingual differential)

$23.19 hour ($24.03 /hour bilingual differential) after two years

Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher (CDA required, Associate's degree preferred) salaries:

Starting salary $17.26/ hour ($17.68/ hour bilingual differential)

$18.98/ hour ($19.45 /hour bilingual differential) after two years

Year-round and seasonal (August-June) positions available
