Essential Job Responsibilities:
Drive the process of generating professional client-facing
proposals that feeds contracts to clients by working with
department leadership, Product Management, Finance and Legal.
Work with internal tools such as RFP content library, Contract
Repository, eCRM (Salesforce) as vehicles for communication and
Work with Product, Solution Engineers and Sales teams to develop
client-facing proposal response for infrastructure technology and
Ensure client-facing pricing proposals are compliant in
accordance with client specifications and Fiserv standards, and
ensure quality control throughout the process under tight
You will also support the Product Management team to build
database of responses to address questions on Requests for
Working with Contract Administration teams throughout Fiserv to
generate initial contracts on a deal-by-deal basis.
Assist with developing and maintaining standard processes for
the Sentry sales organization for the purposes of standardizing
Sales efficiency processes.
Coordination & participation of program/projects management
activities in support of major sale operation/enablement
Perform various types of sales operations related tasks.
Additional Skills & Knowledge:
• Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision
• Superior organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written
• Strong team player
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable communication with Sales Leaders, Sales,
Finance, Legal Department, Product, Marketing and other team

• High School diploma or other Technical area or an equivalent
combination of education and experience
• Bachelors degree or other Technical area or an equivalent
combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of back office/support experience in a Sales
Operations/Sales Enablement team environment
• Experience working with Word Processing and Spreadsheet skills
with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior exposure to RFP Repository tools, Salesforce.com and
similar pricing and sales efficiency tools.
• 3+ years’ experience working with various work streams
including Vice President, Directors, Managers, Technical and
Administrative staff, as well as teaming partners
Travel Required: Limited to Team Meetings other Fiserv functions
(up to 25% )
