Job Description: **Role Summary/Purpose:** The principal responsibility of the Partner Services Specialist will be to support Pets Best Business Development and Relationship Management activities. **Essential Responsibilities:** + Partner, client and policyholder communications - inbound/outbound phone calls and communication + Conduct outbound sales consultations to engage and educate clients/partners on its products and programs to drive new sales and referrals + Respond to inbound calls generated as result of marketing campaigns + Research and respond to partner, client and policyholder escalations + Answer questions and provide training on partner programs to internal and external stakeholders + Manage group policy enrollment, cancellation and billing case items + Provide sales, service and billing/invoicing assistance to client, partners and policyholders + Manage partner and client marketing and compliance review processes in COSMOS + Maintain knowledge and understanding of Pets Best product offerings, partner programs, and compliance requirements in applicable partner channels + Provide back-up support for the Partner Programs and Billing Coordinator + Attends and participates in team meetings, trade shows, client benefit fairs and other events as needed + Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned **Qualifications/Requirements:** + Proficient with MS Office + Ability to travel up to 10% + Property and Casualty producer insurance licenses required upon hiring and training **Desired Characteristics:** + Associates degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field + Minimum 1 year of Pets Best customer service experience + 3+ years of telephone sales or customer care experience + Prior experience in insurance or finance industry + Adaptable to changing processes and priorities, and fluctuating volume fluctuations + Goal-oriented, and self-motivated with ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver on deadlines. + Demonstrated selling and training experience and ability + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong customer service skills, listening and presentation skills + Highly organized with ability to, prioritize, and manage time effectively + Ability to be cross-trained on multiple tasks **Eligibility Requirements:** + You must be 18 years or older + You must have a high school diploma or equivalent + You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process + You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. + New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a "consistently meets expectations" performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance requirement).
