Job Description:

Lead the implementation of all filling, packaging, sealing, labeling, and documentation of all retail products, in accordance with process and quality standards to meet production schedules. Activities & Responsibilities Primary Prepare end products, using set ingredients, proper procedures, and strictly adhering to recipe requirements Fill, package, seal, and label product into clean bottles, to the proper weight; label and date all individual bottles correctly Track and document all products produced and packaged; maintain required documentation logbooks (routine paperwork and data entry) Distinguish between acceptable ingredients/end products from unacceptable ingredients/end products Startup/shutdown operations line; gathering production supplies and packaging materials. Properly setup and break down all production line equipment and supplies as needed Maintain area cleanliness on production. Equipment and work area must be organized, clean, and sanitary (meeting all requirements) throughout shift, to ensure a safe working environment Remove any waste/garbage generated during shift Ensure proper use and care/maintenance of all equipment Adhere to all safety procedures, participate in required safety training, maintain safe and efficient use of all equipment Comply with all quality and consistency procedures, food safety, and employee safety requirements Comply with all company policies and procedures Qualifications Ability to read, speak, and write English Ability to read, understand, and implement safety rules and equipment operating manuals Ability to successfully read and implement recipes 1 year + manufacturing experience Team oriented Knowledge of restaurant processes, standards, & equipment Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds Ability to stand for extended period of times Willing and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for food manufacturing environment Self-disciplined, highly motivated and able to work independently Extremely organized and skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks; ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision Displays the ability to identify problems and suggest solutions in accordance with quality operating standards Operate food scales and commercial kitchen equipment Basic computer skills Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $30,000 - $35,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
