Our client, a leading food production organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Lead Location: LeCenter, MN Pay Range: $28 Shift: 3:30pm-2am, Monday through Thursday What's the Job? Oversee a production team of 8-16 individuals to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing operations Maintain and track daily KPIs, communicating progress and issues to the team and supervisors Coordinate department activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and promote safety and quality standards Ensure all safety, quality, and production checks are performed accurately and timely Train new employees and support team development to foster a collaborative work environment What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of manufacturing or food production experience preferred Basic computer skills including data entry, Microsoft Office, and email communication Ability to operate and assemble production equipment as needed Reliable transportation and flexibility to work scheduled hours What's in it for me?
