Job Description:

United Gear & Assembly is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision gears, shafts, and related components for the automotive, industrial, and agricultural sectors. Utilizing advanced manufacturing technology, the CNC Machinist Operator will ensure that all parts meet stringent quality and technical standards. The ideal candidate will bring meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of CNC operations, and a commitment to safety and quality. Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts. Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to understand machining operations. Adjust machine settings to meet specifications and resolve any issues that arise during operation. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting for optimal performance. Inspect finished products to ensure they adhere to strict quality standards. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and correct potential manufacturing issues. Document production results and process adjustments made during machining operations. Proficient in operating and maintaining CNC machinery Able to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints or operational manuals Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize CNC machine performance Attention to detail for precision manufacturing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in CNC operation is preferred but not required Familiarity with ISO quality standards
