of local scrap rubber consumers Job Summary: Liberty Tire Recycling
is looking for a Yard Truck Driver that is hardworking, motivated,
and is a responsible individual who will be moving trailers back
and forth from the parking lot to production. If your passion is

joining our team is the right job for you. Duties and
Responsibilities: Work in a loud, fast paced environment that works
in all weather conditions. Operate Ottawa Yard Truck in a safe
manner during numerous roll-on/roll-off procedures daily involving
loaded and empty containers Responsible for completing proper
paperwork involving trailer numbers, gross weights, tare weights,
and net weights on the daily log sheet to include type of material
Operate and handle forklift and other equipment and tools in a safe
manner Handle loading and unloading operations in the warehouse
Check and inspect the conditions of items and materials while
loading and unloading Any other warehouse duty required by
Management Ensure compliance of all safety procedures and practices
Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. 75 lbs. with assistance. Skills
and Abilities: Lift up to fifty (50) pounds (50 requires
assistance) on a routine basis and be physically capable of loading
upwards of 1220 tires per day. Must be physically capable of
climbing in a trailer unassisted and in a safe manner to reduce
injury. Lace tires in a safe manner to reduce injury and maintain a
secure load during transport. Ability to establish and maintain
effective working relationships with employees, supervisors and the
general public Ability to work independently with general
instructions Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying
weather conditions Ability to make independent judgments which have
a moderate impact on the company. Physical demands of standing,
walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and repetitive motion Must
pass post-offer background, DOT physical and drug test Education
and Experience: Prior experience in the tire recycling or
manufacturing industry is a plus. Compensation: $15.00 hourly. Paid
