Compensation Overview The annual base salary range provided for
this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad
range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual
salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors,
including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the
skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the
candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our
comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also
eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. Salary Range
$106,300.00 – $175,400.00 Target Openings 1 What Is the
Opportunity? As a Fleet Director, you will be responsible for the
management, budget, operations, and utilization of the Company’s
3,000 fleet cars. In this role you will manage contract
negotiations, pricing, and vendors and continuously maintain and
update fleet policy. You will ensure all employee drivers remain
compliant in accordance with the Fleet policy and be accountable
for the Fleet strategy including vehicle mix, safety, cost,
business continuity, risk, and efficiency/carbon reduction
initiatives. What Will You Do? Accountable for centralized fleet
sourcing and vendor management and managing information pertaining
to fleet vehicles such as, but not limited to, the budget,
utilization of gas, personal and company use, mileage, and routine
maintenance at a certified location. Drives value and efficiencies
throughout the procurement lifecycle including the procurement,
maintenance, and repair strategy of the fleet. You will partner
with our internal stakeholders to ensure that the company has a
robust fleet and vendor management strategy and be responsible for
overall supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory,
and selection of vendors. Partner directly with third party fleet
management company, OEMs, authorized dealers, contractors, and
vendors to secure purchased/leased vehicles and work closely with
the fleet management vendor to manage fleet operations such as
quantity, assignment, and location. Prepare and monitor the budget
for fleet services; analyze information, metrics, and reports on
functional activities and deliver savings through robust sourcing
activities. Provide budget and forecast recommendations for fleet
operations and develop long-range plans to optimize vehicle
utilization total cost of ownership. In addition, monitor driver
costs, cost per mile analysis, and life cycle analysis’ and
accurately reports data to the IRS. In partnership with legal,
manage contract negotiations to determine pricing of the fleet
vehicles and finding appropriate vehicles for company use. Find new
vehicles, negotiates cost, and conduct pricing analysis. You will
work closely with business to communicate any changes. Manage a
preventative maintenance and fleet safety program for the entire
fleet while monitoring and administering any changes to fleet
management website. You will work directly with vendor and
Technology to make updates. Work with HR and legal regarding
accommodations, DUIs, accidents, or any infractions with drivers.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, including
Fleet electrification and carbon reduction strategies. Perform
other duties as assigned. What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or
Finance. Eight plus years related work experience managing a
largescale fleet of vehicles, vendor management or project
management. Experience with business procurement lifecycles. Expert
knowledge of sourcing and optimizing utilization and costs of a
vehicle fleet, and industry best practices, including dealing with
vehicle availability, distribution disruptions, and labor
shortages. Effective negotiating skills to achieve best cost and
favorable terms with vendors. Strong financial acumen to understand
the financial impact of decisions and recommendations. Microsoft
Office Suite proficiency, with knowledge of fleet management
software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the
ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Project
management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously, within tight timeframes. What is a Must Have? Five
years managing a largescale fleet of vehicles, vendor management or
project management or related work experience. What Is in It for
