Job Summary Provides assistance to the Vice President, Chief Security Officer, Americas and internal business clients in; maintaining regulatory compliance; corporate governance; reviewing, drafting and analyzing agreements, legal notices and correspondence related to a variety of business units; advising internal clients regarding contract terms; performing legal research and analysis; facilitating internal communication and coordination with other departments; and assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling and document management. Responsibilities Support the administration of the internal compliance function by reviewing applicable policies and implementing a compliance framework to support business operations Draft new policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients Coordinates and manages internal information gathering and responses related to compliance matters Overseeing dissemination of information to appropriate departments Corporate governance including drafting board minutes Attention to detail, proactive and solutions-oriented problem solver Perform legal research and analysis as needed Manage electronic correspondence Maintain paper and electronic files and related processes for document management Requirements Associate Degree with Legal Assistant / Paralegal Certificate Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal
