Job Description:
Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks an experienced Player
Development Manager to enhance our guest experience and maximize
player engagement in our vibrant casino environment. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with
premium players and providing exceptional customer service to
ensure a superior gaming experience. This role involves strategic
oversight of our player development programs, team management, and
collaboration with marketing to drive loyalty and revenue. Develop
and implement strategies to attract and retain high-value players.
Manage and train a team of player development staff to ensure high
standards of customer service and engagement. Collaborate with the
marketing department to create and execute promotions and events
tailored to premium players. Analyze player data to identify trends
and opportunities for growth and increased profitability. Maintain
close relationships with top-tier players, ensuring their needs are
met and their casino experience is exceptional. Ensure compliance
with all casino policies and gaming regulations. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Proven leadership and team
management abilities Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
Deep understanding of customer service and relationship management
Knowledge of casino operations and gaming industry Certified
Hospitality Supervisor (CHS) Professional certification in
Marketing or Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
