Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Desktop Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of desktop support technicians in providing end user
solutions and resolving day to day issues
Manage all aspects of end user IT, including purchasing, vendor
management, mobile devices, A/V equipment, desktops, laptops,
anti-virus, patching, software licensing, etc
Implement policies and procedures for problem identification,
documentation, distribution, and correction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years of increasing technical responsibility, including
lead or manager role
Enthusiasm for technology, systems, and customer support
Familiarity with Symantec, RDS, VMWare, and/or Citrix is a plus
Existing vendor relationships are a plus
