Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
As a Oracle Cerner CommunityWorks PathNet Consultant III, you will work with a team to deliver the best possible outcome for your clients. You will consult with clients on service line laboratory workflows and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts, while also providing solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders. In this role, you will also drive client-specific laboratory solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients, mitigate solution risk and issues, and execute workflow and process improvement strategies. As a consultant, you will lead client meetings and events and drive internal team initiatives. We are happy you are considering joining our team and making your impact on health and care!
Basic Qualifications



  • At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:


  • At least 1 year Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience;


  • At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Excel

      • Must be located in the Kansas City metropolitan area or near a major international airport


      • Willing to travel up to 60-80% as needed


      • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations


      • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position


      • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

        Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
        California Pay Range: from $34.09 to $68.22 per hour; from $70,900 to $141,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
        Colorado Pay Range: from $32.16 to $61.39 per hour; from $66,900 to $127,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
        New York City Pay Range: from $32.16 to $64.81 per hour; from $66,900 to $134,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
        Washington Pay Range: from $35.96 to $64.81 per hour; from $74,800 to $134,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
        Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
        Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

        • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
