.**Responsibilities**We are seeking a talented and driven Junior
Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The
successful candidate will have a passion for technology and a
strong desire to learn and grow within the field of Power Platform
development. The role will involve working closely with senior
developers to design, develop, and implement solutions using the
Microsoft Power Platform. This is a great opportunity for someone
looking to kickstart their career in the tech industry and work on
exciting projects with a supportive and dynamic
team.Responsibilities include assisting with building solutions for
internal and external projects using the Power Platform, supporting
root cause analysis and participates in client relationship
management in partnership with team members. Helps maintain and
enhance Power Platform application systems in test and production
environments. Contributes to identifying and troubleshooting
application issues and assists in resolution or escalation. Gains
knowledge and understanding of the assigned system. Supports
delivering high-quality service and support to internal and
external users. Assists in conducting technical and analytical work
for client solutions. Learns about new software products and
solutions. Takes part in client needs assessments, hardware and
platform evaluations, and software requirements analysis. Assists
in documenting processes and procedures for maintaining
applications. Contributes to troubleshooting and resolving
technical issues. including tasks related to identifying and
troubleshooting application issues and issue resolution or
escalation.+ Documents, assists with builds and assists with
maintenance of internal and external solutions using the Microsoft
Power Platform+ Supports root cause analysis and communicates
effectively with management+ Manages client relationships in
partnership with team members+ Develops and maintains Power
Platform applications in test and production environments+
Identifies and resolves application issues or escalates as
necessary+ Acts as a junior expert in the assigned system and keeps
track of changes+ Provides high-quality service and support to
users+ Conducts technical and analytical work for client solutions+
Assesses new software products and solutions and participates in
client needs assessments+ Performs unit testing and liaises with QA
team on system and user acceptance
testing**Qualifications****Required Skills:** + Familiarity with
Microsoft Power Platform and Office 365 services+ Ability to design
and develop custom solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform+
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills+ Excellent
documentation skills+ Ability to work effectively in a team
environment+ Good communication and interpersonal skills+ Knowledge
of software development life cycle and version control+ Ability to
learn new software products and solutions+ Knowledge of database
management and data governance+ Experience with unit testing and
troubleshooting+ Basic understanding of hardware and platform
evaluations+ Knowledge of Power Platform and other Microsoft O365
licensing plans and features included in different plans+ Desire to
work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting**Required Experience:**
+ Education: Bachelor's degree or 2 years equivalent experience
required+ Experience: 1+ years' experience working with MS Power
Platform\#LI-MB1\#LI- Remote**Compensation**Compensation for roles
at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of
factors including, but not limited to, the specific office
location, role, skill set, and level of experience.?As required by
applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of
compensation for this role: $50,000 -$60,000 . In addition, PCG
