6-8 Years Development experience on the VisionPlus cards platform
is a must.
Strong DB2 skills a must.
At least 4 years of expertise in CMS.
Should possess a good understanding of business processes behind
the Cards sub-systems and the functionalities that it delivers.
Good understanding of Vision Plus interfaces, inter-dependencies of
sub-systems and important controlling parameters.
Should have worked on development & design, SIT, UAT, and
production support
Understanding of COBOL, CICS,VSAM,JCL and DB2 file structure
must
Strong DB2 skill.
Ability to understand functional, technical, parameter, environment
& interface aspects of the solution.
Understanding of MQ Series.
Knowledge of Sort utility and Easytrieve.
Exposure on File-Manager, CA7 Scheduler and Endevor.
Ability to resolve batch abends and support QA/production batches
in case of abends.
Communication skills - Articulate and facilitate conversations with
the delivery team and client.
Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical skills, problem solving
skills and learning attitude.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to Credit Bureau Metro /ACH / Credit decisioning.
experience in MBS /Client / CTA Modules.
Exposure to Retails cards.
