Our **Technical Recruiting** team is looking to add multiple experienced recruiters to their team. This role will help to shape a growing business segment and very high priority area at U.S. Bank. These roles will primarily focus on **Software Engineer** openings but will also assist other roles within Technology. This team is comprised of 40 + full-time and contract recruiters.About you:+ An experienced and talented recruiter+ **You have experience recruiting Software Engineers and have extensive knowledge in the space**+ Self-sufficient and strong problem-solving skills+ Deliver unmatched candidate and manager experiences+ Skilled negotiator**Location: The role is eligible for remote work in cities/states outside of Irving, TX or Minneapolis, MN. In Minneapolis and Irving, candidates would be expected to work a hybrid schedule. Hybrid schedules blend time in the office and time spent remote based on business needs.**Basic Qualifications+ This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with 2 or more years of experience in Recruiting.
