hiring. Our **Technical Recruiting** team is looking to add
multiple experienced recruiters to their team. This role will help
to shape a growing business segment and very high priority area at
U.S. Bank. These roles will primarily focus on **Software
Engineer** openings but will also assist other roles within
Technology. This team is comprised of 40 + full-time and contract
recruiters.About you:+ An experienced and talented recruiter+ **You
have experience recruiting Software Engineers and have extensive
knowledge in the space**+ Self-sufficient and strong
problem-solving skills+ Deliver unmatched candidate and manager
experiences+ Skilled negotiator**Location: The role is eligible for
remote work in cities/states outside of Irving, TX or Minneapolis,
MN. In Minneapolis and Irving, candidates would be expected to work
a hybrid schedule. Hybrid schedules blend time in the office and
time spent remote based on business needs.**Basic Qualifications+
This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with 2 or more
years of experience in Recruiting. The successful candidate will be
hired for the level of the position that aligns with their
experience.Preferred Skills/Experience+ Experience recruiting
Software Engineers+ Strong understanding of engineering tech stack
needed for various flavors of engineering roles (Backend
developers/Data engineers/DevOps engineers/ Front end
engineers/Full stack developers)+ Advanced knowledge of talent
acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad,
diverse population of applicants+ ATS/CRM experience (Workday,
Phenom or similar)+ Sourcing experience (Boolean, LinkedIn, Indeed,
Dice or similar)+ Strong marketing and recruitment network skills+
Well-developed to review and understand data, trends and metrics+
Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written
communication skills+ Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and
deadlines simultaneously+ Intermediate computer skills, especially

.Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the
primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for
work in a different location. Pay Range: $73,865.00 - $86,900.00 -
