Job Description:
As a Lead BI Analytics Developer , you will work as member of
the Healthcare team. This position will work with the latest
cloud-based solutions. This position is hands-on (does development)
and provides technical leadership that will enhance the
capabilities of the Healthcare environments used by our customers,
field organization and back-office associates. This position will
be global in scope and work with various stakeholders within
Healthcare, Commercial Digital Solutions, RD&E, and IT.
This preferred location for this position is in Saint Paul, MN
(hybrid), but remote applications will be considered

What You Will Do:
Translate business objectives into requirements to facilitate
information solutions
Understand the Healthcare business and how to leverage information
to drive customer outcomes
Determine efficient and innovative ways to model new types of
data
Work closely with the business, architects, and technical BAs to
identify value propositions that can be implemented using
technology
Design, build, implement, and help maintain technology solutions to
meet global business needs for the analytics environments using the
Microsoft BI stack and other Azure based tools etc.
Provide technical guidance and implement technical patterns for
Analytics developers
Stay current on the technology, tools, and approaches in the
BI/DW/Analytics/Data Visualization frameworks /cloud space
Experience identifying and implementing production efficiencies
(e.g., Automation, deployment process', re-usable patterns)
Solve complex problems and develops proofs of concept to validate
ideas or technologies
Work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Create and update best practice standards, patterns, and
templates
Help support the system and troubleshoots system related issues
Liaise with technical resources on the core Digital Solutions and
IT teams
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related
field
8 years of IT experience
4 years of experience designing and developing BI/Data Warehouse
solutions. using the Microsoft BI/DW stack e.g. SQL DW, AAS, ADLS,
Snowflake, SQL Server, ADF, SSAS tabular, Power BI, Paginated
reports (SSRS), etc.
4 years of experience working/writing SQL for SQL server 2016 and
higher, SQL stored procedures, SQL Views, Change data capture, and
relational/multidimensional databases
