Overview: WAGE: $17.75 / hour This is an entry-level, hourly, seasonal position with an anticipated start date in early March. Support the HR department by handling administrative tasks, assisting with associate onboarding, maintaining employment records, and facilitating smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: Support HR functions such as onboarding and paperwork processing . Maintain associate records and files. Assist with employee relations and communications. Coordinate training and development programs. Handle confidential information with discretion. Qualifications: Must be able to work a flexible schedule with an average of 40 hr/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Some college coursework preferred, especially in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or previous experience in HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, or HR training Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) Ability to handle confidential information discreetly Attention to detail and accuracy
