This is a part time position 30-32 hours per week.

POSITION SUMMARY

This bilingual Spanish-English position exists to support our human resources and operations teams. The HR Assistant will build a strong brand and customer (internal & external) experience through timely, professional, and effective execution of assigned responsibilities. They will collaborate with leadership to ensure an exceptional HR and administrative process experience for employees and clients.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Provide bilingual support in the recruiting of future team members.

Recruiting support may include but not limited to scheduling interviews, assisting with application completion, completing phone screens, and assisting with job posts.
Interpretation & Translation needs (English, Spanish).


Answers and directs incoming phone calls.
Provide back up support for Admin and HR team members which may include invoice processing, billing of services via QuickBooks; supply ordering etc.
Support organization's social media needs.
Demonstrates timely and effective communication- verbal, non-verbal, and written.
Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment.




QUALIFICATIONS

Required


High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years work experience
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite
Strong technical aptitude and organizational skills
Ability to pass a pre- employment drug test.
Bilingual English & Spanish proficiency for spoken and written communication.

Experience in HRIS or data entry system
Experience with QuickBooks
