In the role of HR Compliance Coordinator, this individual will be responsible for supporting the HR Department with all internal, vendor, and candidate audit interactions and day-to-day projects.In this role, this individual must be able to demonstrate the behaviors and skills described below and must be able to perform a variety of duties which may include but not limited to:

  • Manage all internal and external audit requests for both client and departmental audits
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all HR related client inquiries, including managing secure client databases
  • Run, analyze, manipulate, and distribute various reports for HR Team and departmental customers
  • Maintain consistent knowledge of company policies and procedures to effectively communicate when responding to internal or external audit inquires.
  • Audit personnel files to ensure completion and compliance
  • Manage annual employee background check process
  • Understand and adhere to Company information security and privacy responsibilities as detailed in the Information Resource Usage Policy, Employee Handbook and client-specific publications.
  • Other duties and special projects as assignedEducation/Experience/Skills:
    • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Customer service driven and the ability to provide exceptional quality of service for both internal and external customers/clients
    • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment with a sense of urgency
    • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and time management skills to adhere to strict deadlines as required
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional written, verbal and presentations skills
    • Adhere to company and department confidentiality
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Must be proficient in MS Office suite (High proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources
