Municipal and Industrial/Commercial clients.OverviewThe HYBRID
Human Resources Specialist will be an integral part of the HR
Department and be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting and
onboarding. This is great position to learn and grow in your human
resources career and will be exposed all aspects of human
resources. ResponsibilitiesManage requisition process to ensure
proper documentation is obtained, approved, maintained and
reported.Collaborate with hiring leaders to identify the interview
process and timeline.Source, recruit and hire in various positions
within the companyUpdate and manage the ADP system to ensure
records are accurate.Responsible for managing records and reporting
for the AAP and EEO. Develop and maintain strong working
partnerships with hiring managers to understand their needs and
issues.Interview, assess, and qualify potential candidates with
regard to skill set, salary, and employment
requirements.Participate in hiring decision-making process and
partner with hiring managers in determining the details of the
offers.Responsible for ensuring pre-employment process is
completed.Assist with projects in Human Resources department to
improve current processes.Coordinate New Hire Orientation for new
employees, including e-verify.Ensure position descriptions are
updated and accurately reflect role's responsibilities and
requirementsAssist offsite locations with recruiting/hiring
process.Responsible for regularly reviewing interviewing/recruiting
process to ensure an efficient, job relevant experience for
candidates and supervisors.Work with supervisors to establish and
maintain a productive training process for all new supervisors
participating in the recruiting/hiring process.Receives outside
requests relating to personnel matters and responds appropriately.
Maintains confidentiality of Human Resources and other associated
mattersAssists with compensation and benefits administration as
required.Is responsible for quality and safety of own work and
compliance of all company procedures and policies.All other duties
as assigned.Education and TrainingBachelor's Degree in human
resources, or related field, OR demonstrated experience may be
considered in lieu of degree. Qualifications and Experience
RequiredTwo years of full life cycle recruitment
experience.Experience developing diverse recruitment strategies and
connecting with multi-cultural communities.Experience working with
applicant tracking systems.Experience working with ADP HRIS
systems.Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite software
(including Outlook, Word, and Excel).Excellent verbal communication
and writing skills with strong attention to detail. Organizational
skills and ability to plan and manage multiple tasks.Ability to
work independently and as part of a team to execute multiple
assignments, providing a consistently high level of quality and
accuracy.Professional demeanor with a positive, solution-seeking
attitude and personal responsibility.Ability to react effectively
to changing conditions and collaborate as needed to resolve
issues.Ability to create a positive work environment based on team
connections and open communication.Ability to pass a pre-employment
