Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will research, development, and implementing full cycle recruiting and staffing strategies to attract and maintain a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization. This key functions for this role will oversee the recruitment efforts for manufacturing facilities in Sleepy Eye, MN and Red Wing, MN.

*Candidate must be located in Minnesota and willing to travel to Sleepy Eye and Red Wing, MN. Open to FTE or Temp *

Responsibilities:
Work directly with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to manage full-cycle recruitment process, developing job descriptions and sourcing and diversity strategies
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
Meet with Koozie Group People Leaders identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
Partner with Koozie Group HR department to troubleshoot on complex recruitment strategies and provide leaders with alternatives to overcome challenges.
Building connections with local organizations, government agencies, and/or for non-for-profit organizations to build and maintain effective pipelines while supporting the community such as local Chamber of Commerce, high schools, and community colleges/universities
Attend local and regional career fairs, oversee onsite job fairs/open house
Partner with the Koozie Group People Team and Hiring Managers for continuous improvement of the candidate new hire experience
Educate hiring managers and interviewers on sourcing methodologies to improve hiring effectiveness and metrics
Provide reporting on candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics
Provides analytical support in reviewing regional market data to position Talent Acquisition marketing
Leverages cutting edge recruiting technologies and tools to connect with a broad and diverse talent network. Recommends best practices and new tools to sourcing team.
Assist the Koozie Group People Team with M & A processes, new-hire onboarding, and orientation as needed
All other duties as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required
3+ years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring process, manufacturing recruiting highly preferred
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems
Strong Technical skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong Technical Skillsets, Outlook, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Smartsheets, ATS, Avature Platform Experience is preferred
Travel as needed (typical travel to facilities in Sleepy Eye, MN and Red Wing, MN per business needs)
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
