Together, we're redefining an industry in desperate need of a shakeup.Job Summary:Provides professional administrative support to HR and the Senior Leadership Team.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Onboarding Duties:

  • Creates new hire packets and schedules/creates on-boarding plans
  • Completes background checks and verifies accuracy of all information
  • Initiates drug testing process to support credential requirements
  • Facilitates New Hire Onboarding Gifts
  • Sets up apparel process for new hiresOffboarding Duties:
    • Administers termination process
      • Participates in recruiting process
      • Maintains current HR files and databases
      • Assists in HR/employee event planning
      • Manages employee recognition program
      • Assists with performance management process
      • Reconciles benefit statements and verify employee deductions
      • Completes employment verifications
      • Writes content for employee newsletter including topics such as wellness initiatives, HR updates, new hire introductions
      • Supports regular and ad hoc HR projects
      • Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
        • AA or BA in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience
        • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
        • Exhibits strong organizational, high attention to detail, self-motivated and successfully manages multiple projects
        • Possesses excellent written and verbal skills
        • Experience in a high volume, fast paced, detail-oriented setting
        • Ability to work a full-time, 8 am to 430 pm M-F schedule
        • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
        • Ability to assess circumstances, problem solve with minimal supervision and exercise common sense and diplomacy, make sound independent decisions using own initiative
        • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships
