This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their stay is memorable. As a Guest Service Aide, you will be the face of our promise of deeply personal guest experience, assisting with guest needs, managing luggage requirements, and providing information about local attractions and hotel services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for service, and the ability to work well under pressure. Welcome and register guests upon their arrival. Assist guests with luggage to their rooms or storage as needed. Explain hotel amenities and local attractions. Organize transportation services such as taxis or shuttles for guests. Handle guest queries and resolve any issues with a high standard of service. Maintain a presence at the reception desk to offer direction and help to any queries. Ensure compliance with safety and privacy protocols at all times. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of local attractions and services. Proficiency in using hotel management software. Medical Insurance Life Insurance Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) is advantageous but not required.
