Double J Transport is currently seeking experienced CDL A OTR Drivers to join our dedicated team in Jackson, Wisconsin. This role involves long-haul driving across the United States, ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations and procedures. At Double J, you will be part of a family-oriented team that supports each driver through modern equipment, competitive salary packages, and comprehensive benefits. Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck for long hauls across the U.S. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate the delivery vehicle. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Report defects, accidents or violations Timely communication with dispatch and support teams to update on trip status Keep an accurate and up-to-date log of travel and comply with IFTA requirements. Profound knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle physical workload. Basic mechanical knowledge to manage minor repairs. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL A driver’s license. Must have a clean driving record. Current DOT medical card. Endorsement for Hazmat and Tanker is a plus.
