Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a dynamic Player
Development Manager to join our thriving entertainment venue. This
role is pivotal in crafting unforgettable experiences for our
guests and driving loyalty through strategic player engagement. As
a Player Development Manager, you will oversee our player
development team and implement innovative strategies to enhance
customer satisfaction and retention. This position requires a deep
understanding of casino operations, strong leadership skills, and
an innate ability to connect with high-value casino guests. Develop
and execute strategies to attract, retain, and re-engage valued
casino players. Manage and mentor the player development team to
ensure they meet their performance targets. Leverage analytics to
understand player behaviors and trends to tailor personalized
offers and promotions. Collaborate with marketing to drive
campaigns that boost player attendance and casino revenue. Provide
exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a
superior gaming experience. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all
casino events, promotions, and offerings to accurately inform and
engage guests. Proven leadership skills Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Analytical ability to interpret complex data
Knowledge of casino management systems Customer service-oriented
approach Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS) Professional in
Casino Operations Certification
