Job Description:
The Branding Wearhouse is looking to hire an Apparel & Customer
Service Specialist to join our fun and unique team! The Branding
Wearhouse specializes in apparel decoration services for schools,
businesses, and organizations located in the Twin Cities metro area
and beyond! We offer on-demand apparel production through our
online web stores, as well as traditional bulk ordering. All
apparel items are decorated here in-house at our shop located in
St. Paul, Minnesota. An Apparel & Customer Service Specialist plays
a critical role in the day-to-day operations of The Branding
Wearhouse. They are responsible for assisting clients' with their
custom apparel needs, understanding our various decoration
techniques, and paying close attention to order details from
beginning to end. This position requires client relationship
management, excellent interaction and teamwork with the production
team, and completing daily administrative tasks. This is a full
time in-person position, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm at a
pay rate of $21-$23 per hour depending on experience.
--RESPONSIBILITIES --- Be the point of contact and handle all
communications for the accounts that are assigned to you. ---
Research product options and provide recommendations that best fit
your client's apparel needs.----- Find fun and creative products to
add to your clients' web stores. --- Create reports for your
clients' web stores showing ordering trends, totals, etc.----- Set
up meetings and interact with customers via email, phone,
virtually, and in-person. --- Manage client expectations, and
communicate current production turnaround times. --- Secures new
orders, taking into consideration production time and delivery
dates. --- Write up orders into our production system correctly and
accurately.----- Evaluate and resolve customer needs including
product returns, exchanges, or issues. --- Proactively monitor
orders and communicate changes with customers and the production
team. --- Process monthly and quarterly invoicing for orders and
coupon code usage. --- Answer general customer service inquiries
via the phone or by email. --- Assisting with order pick ups in the
showroom and order deliveries. --QUALIFICATIONS--The ideal
candidate is a well-organized customer service professional.
Experience in apparel decorating or promotional items is greatly
preferred but not required. The candidate believes in providing top
notch service to clients and is self-motivated with a proactive
approach to handling daily tasks.--PREFERRED SKILLS --- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a great work
ethic. --- Extremely organized and detail oriented. --- Excellent
time management. Ability to multi-task and prioritize various
projects. --- Ability to speak on the phone and compose emails
professionally. --WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is in an office
environment. Standard office equipment is used such as computers,
