Customer Service Management Trainee Location: 3325 Heiser St,

Customer Service Representative Starting pay up to $25 per hour
PLUS a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus Position Responsibilities / Minimum
Requirements Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a
fast-paced environment using world-class technology. Communicate
with customers via phone, email and chat. Solve customer problems
and find best possible solutions. Help customers navigate Uline's
website and place orders online. Provide knowledgeable answers to
questions about products, pricing and availability. Respond to
shipping inquiries and answer order status questions. Become a
product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide
real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant
experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Desire to provide the best
possible experience for our customers. Thrive in a fast-paced
environment Customer Service Management Trainee
From $23 to $28 per hour
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements Manage and lead a
team of customer service reps on a daily basis. Participate in a
rotational training program covering all aspects of customer
service management. Set goals and provide mentoring / coaching.
Perform quality monitoring on team members and provide feedback.
Audit department processes and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the recruiting process to fill customer service
positions. Bachelor's degree. Excel at verbal communications,
listening, feedback, delegation, fostering teamwork and
multi-tasking. Strong track record of customer-focused service and
attention to detail. Prior leadership / management experience is a
