We are an HVAC company and are searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team! -Details

• Utilize -the CRM system and prepared scripts when talking with customers -
• Schedule service calls
• Handle around 50+ -inbound and outbound calls daily -
• Ensure accurate dispatch information -
• Promote by suggesting other services your company can provide & offering special promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns by obtaining information from customer, contacting service manager, calling customer back with information.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Schedule customers based on their individual needs.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededRequirements:
  • Some office experience strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including both written and verbal
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft officeAdditional Information:
      • Pay: $16 per hour
      • Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday shift
        • Tuesday-Friday: 9:30am-6:00pm
        • Saturday: 8:00am-4:30pm (some flexibility)
