Job DescriptionSaint Paul, MN - Contract to Hire - $22-24/hrKonik is partnering with a local commercial printing and graphics company that is seeking to add a Data Entry focused Customer Service Representative to their team. This is a good option for someone looking for a career change or re-entering the workforce. A background in office/administrative/clerical and customer service would be a great fit in this role.Customer Service / Data Entry Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter 30-40 customer orders and submit paperwork to Production daily
• Review submitted data against work processed and ensure inventory is available for all new orders
• Answer incoming communication via email and/or phone calls and provide follow-up communication as needed
• Perform other duties as assignedCustomer Service / Data Entry Requirements:
  • 1+ years of Administrative Customer Service/Data Entry experience within a Manufacturing industry is required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and written in a customer-focused environment as well as between departments
