for an amazing Company keep reading. Overall Responsibility: At
Electri-Cord, the Customer Service Representative II (Sr) is
responsible for receiving all business inquiries within the
designated account level. The CSR II manages large accounts, and
works with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to ensure account base is
properly forecasted with a focus on accuracy. Adheres to ECM's
common processes for onboarding and managing the designated account
base. Generates quotes and orders. Resolves problems with orders
either directly or through appropriate management. Re-schedules
orders based upon customer directives or for other valid reasons;
performs other duties as directed which are necessary to meet the
Sales function's responsibilities to the customer and to the
organization. The CSR II Interfaces with all internal departments
and ECM locations including China and Mexico as well as customers.
Key Areas of Responsibility and Essential Position Functions: 1.
Perform activities required for the accurate and complete
generation of quotes and orders for the assigned account level: 2.
Interface with Purchasing, Engineering, Scheduling & other ECM
locations to confirm whether customer specifications and deliveries
can be achieved. 3. Enter quotes, customer orders, and other
required data in Enterprise Planning Requirements (ERP) software.
4. Resolve problems with orders in process or already shipped as
required, coordinate the required internal assistance necessary to
satisfy the customer's concerns. 5. Orient customers who are not
aware of company specifications and necessary agency approval
requirements. 6. Align customer needs to ECM capabilities. 7.
Recognize a sales opportunity and react accordingly. 8. Ensure
customer(s) are delighted and the desired Customer Satisfaction
Indices are achieved. 9. Travel to customer sites as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned or directed. Required Education,
Skills, Experience, and Certifications: Education: Bachelor's
Degree (in areas such as: Business, Supply Chain Operations,
Electrical, Manufacturing, Technology, Electro-mechanical) or
equivalent industry experience. Experience: Minimum three to five
(3 - 5) years' experience or greater in related customer relations
positions Knowledge and Technical Skills: · Accurately use
arithmetic functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication,
division, decimals, fractions) · Accurately use metric system ·
Blueprint reading and desired electrical schematics experience
Tools: General office equipment (computers, copiers, printers, fax
machines, etc.) Measurement tools Software: Intermediate knowledge
of spreadsheets, graphs, and word processing; experience with an
Enterprise Resource Planning tool; Use online meeting tool (e.g. Go
to Meeting) to organize and lead meetings. Language: Excellent
English communication skills (written and verbal), desired
