Date: Saturday, May 21st, 8 AM - 11 AM Positions: Customer Service Representative / Customer Service Management Trainee Location: 3325 Heiser St, Hudson, WI 54016 ______________________________________________Customer Service Representative From $20 to $25 per hourPosition Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

  • Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and place orders online.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
  • Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environmentCustomer Service Management TraineeFrom $23 to $28 per hourPosition Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
    • Manage and lead a team of customer service reps on a daily basis.
    • Participate in a rotational training program covering all aspects of customer service management.
    • Set goals and provide mentoring / coaching.
    • Perform quality monitoring on team members and provide feedback.
    • Audit department processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Assist in the recruiting process to fill customer service positions.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Excel at verbal communications, listening, feedback, delegation, fostering teamwork and multi-tasking.
    • Strong track record of customer-focused service and attention to detail.
    • Prior leadership / management experience is a plus.Benefits
