OverviewSeeking a Division Chair of Endocrinology, Diabetes,
Metabolism, and Nutrition-a high-impact executive leadership role
within one of the top-ranked endocrinology programs in the
nation.This position is responsible for shaping the strategic
direction, growth, and national leadership of the division across
clinical care, research, and education. Position Highlights Lead a
nationally ranked Endocrinology program (29 consecutive years)
Oversee a division of approximately 40 endocrinologists Opportunity
to drive innovation in cutting-edge endocrine science and care
Leadership Responsibilities Set and execute the strategic vision
for the division Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier clinical and
scientific talent Oversee performance across: Clinical quality and
patient outcomes Research productivity and innovation Educational
programs and training Foster collaboration across:
Multidisciplinary specialties Multiple campuses Align institutional
resources to support high-impact initiatives Clinical & Academic
Scope Division expertise includes: Diabetes and metabolic disease
Endocrine neoplasia Pituitary and adrenal disorders Thyroid disease
Bone and mineral metabolism Reproductive endocrinology Nutrition
science Strong collaboration with specialties such as: Surgery
Ophthalmology Transplant Oncology OB/GYN Research & Innovation
Focus Priority areas include: Islet cell biology Immune protection

endocrine subspecialties Compensation & Benefits Base salary range:
$208,000 - $708,168 (dependent on experience and leadership scope)
