Responsibilities include performing circulating duties during surgery, providing on-call coverage for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and delivering skilled care to pediatric and adult patients in both PACU and pediatric areas. Key Responsibilities: Execute circulating nurse duties in the operating room with attention to patient safety and surgical protocols Provide on-call coverage ensuring continuous post-anesthesia care unit support Deliver expert nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in PACU Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative nursing interventions across pre-op, OR, and PACU settings Collaborate with surgical and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications: Valid RN licensure in Montana or a compact state Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in surgical or perioperative settings Certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and BLS (Basic Life Support) required Strong clinical judgment with the ability to handle emergency situations and maintain high-quality patient care standards Location Overview:Situated in Savage, Montana, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in a community dedicated to quality healthcare services.
