Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the
evening shift, providing top-tier medical care with a focus on
holistic health outcomes in underserved communities. The ideal
candidate will be deeply committed to nurturing a comprehensive
healing environment, working to ensure both excellent clinical
outcomes and a highly positive patient experience. Provide direct
patient care based on the nursing process and in compliance with
hospital policies and procedures. Monitor, record, and communicate
patient conditions as appropriate using health information systems.
Administer medications, maintain patient records, and assist with
patient needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to
improve patient and health outcomes. Educate patients and their
families on disease prevention and health maintenance techniques.
Participate in continuous educational opportunities to stay abreast
of the latest trends in nursing and patient care. Advocate for
patients and their families to ensure a maximum level of health and
wellness. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical EMR
systems Ability to handle stress and perform well in emergency
situations Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
