Job Description Job Description Job Overview Seeking a patient care nurse to join the fastest growing GLP-1 weight loss clinic in Minnesota! We are looking for 2 additional LPNs (or above) with a passion for the wellness/ weight loss space, great patient care and strong customer service skills. You will be counseling/treating patients, helping with scheduling, doing blood draws, advising on vitamin and supplemental injections, and helping to advance patient care plans in conjunction with our patients. The cornerstone of our therapy is injected GLP-1 medications including semaglutide and tirzepatide. We also offer in depth comprehensive lab panels, vitamin injections, HRT & TRT, and more. This is a fast paced job and we are looking for highly motivated individuals who truly care about what they do. Our patients are amazing and the focus of our clinics! Ideally we are looking for someone to work 36-40 hours per week, approximately 9-5pm during the week, though there is flexibility on both ends. Also highly prefer candidates who are willing to work on Saturday a month. This is a very rewarding job with overwhelmingly satisfied patients and staff. We are willing to consider relatively new nursing graduates in addition to more experienced team members. There is the opportunity for increased compensation over time. Duties Conduct initial assessments to understand patients' health history, goals, and challenges. Form relationships with patients and lead positive conversations/ interactions. Develop customized health and wellness plans tailored to individual needs. Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall wellness practices. Monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement. Provide ongoing support through regular check-ins, motivational coaching, and accountability measures. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in accordance with office protocols. Locations in Edina, Richfield, Eden Prairie, Plymouth, Blaine, Woodbury and Rochester. Initial training period in Edina, clinic location is flexible following training.
