Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity involves providing specialized speech-language
pathology services in an elementary school setting within the Saint
Paul, MN area on a contract basis. The assignment is designed to
cover multiple maternity leaves across several schools, offering a
unique chance to impact a diverse student population while working
on a flexible schedule from December 15, 2025, through May 29,
2026. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver direct speech-language
therapy services in a 3:1 service model: three weeks of direct
therapy followed by one week of indirect support. - Manage an
elementary school caseload including students in Setting III CDC,
focusing solely on therapy without evaluation responsibilities. -
Travel between multiple school locations to provide onsite
services, ensuring continuity and individualized support for
students during staff absences. - Collaborate with school teams to
support students speech and communication goals within the school
environment. Qualifications: - Certificate of Clinical Competence
(CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred. - Eligibility to
provide services as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a school
setting. - Open to candidates who have completed Clinical
Fellowship (CF) year; SLPA candidates are not eligible. - Current
speech-language pathology license appropriate to practice in
Minnesota. - Experience or comfort working with an elementary
caseload and students with diverse communication needs. Schedule
and Location: - Full-time contract (37.5 hours per week), Monday
through Friday. - Onsite services provided at multiple elementary
schools and a middle school within the Anoka region. This contract
position offers the ability to enrich student outcomes in a dynamic
and supportive educational setting. Candidates should attach both a
