As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing superior pharmaceutical care and health solutions in our fast-paced retail environments. Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently to patients. Provide pharmacological information by answering questions and requests from health care providers and patients. Counsel patients on medication therapies, possible side effects, and usage instructions. Ensure medication availability by delivering direct procurement and inventory management. Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Engage with healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans based on pharmacotherapy. Administer immunizations as per the federal and state regulations. Strong knowledge of drug administration and health & safety guidelines. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to use pharmacy information systems and other relevant technology. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must be a licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Certification to administer vaccinations according to state laws where applicable.
