Job Description:
Hazelden Betty Ford, a leader in addiction treatment and
recovery services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. This
position is integral to our mission of providing comprehensive,
evidence-based treatment and education designed to achieve
sustained sobriety for our patients. As an LPN at Hazelden Betty
Ford, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to
administer nursing care in a compassionate and ethical manner.
Monitor patient health and document symptoms and medical history.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist in the implementation of patient treatment plans. Collect
patient health information for analysis by the treatment team.
Provide support and education to patients and their families
regarding treatments and recovery plans. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and safety standards. Excellent patient care
and nursing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
Capacity to handle medical emergencies proficiently. Knowledge of
addiction treatment modalities and practices. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Practical Nursing
licensure in the state of employment. CPR certification.
