As Pharmacy Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring efficient management and the highest level of customer satisfaction. Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department. Supervise pharmacy staff, including scheduling, training, and evaluation. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory laws, as well as company policies and procedures. Provide outstanding customer service, including consultation with customers on medications and health management. Manage pharmacy's financial performance, optimize inventory levels, and minimize waste. Collaborate with other health care professionals to improve patients' health outcomes through integrated care. Implement health promotion and disease prevention activities including immunizations and health screenings. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of pharmacological regulations and retail pharmacy operations. Proficiency with pharmacy information systems and technology. Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
