As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and consultation services to our diverse customer base. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment that integrates retail and healthcare, providing a broad exposure to community health management. Dispense prescriptions accurately while adhering to all legal and company regulations. Provide pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals and counseling patients. Ensure medication availability by maintaining relationships with suppliers; managing drug and supply inventories. Enhance pharmacological knowledge by participating in clinical programs and training pharmacy staff. Monitor drug therapies and advising interventions as needed. Manage a team of pharmacy technicians, overseeing their work and ensuring adherence to professional and ethical practices. Strong knowledge of prescription drugs and their interactions. Ability to manage a high volume of work accurately and efficiently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in pharmaceutical software and databases. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Pharmacist licensure in the state of practice. Certified Immunization Pharmacist (CIP) qualification is preferred.
