Individual will be responsible for overseeing patient flow/throughput, staffing, and patient and staff concerns throughout the shift. Escalations and barriers will be escalated to the leader. Shift Time: 1830-0700 Ratios: Days 1:4 and Nights 1:5 Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: No Weekend REQ: Will work every third weekend Certs REQ: ACLS and BLS Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Open to accommodating block schedule? No Locals accepted: No - 100 mile radius Pending License accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days. Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours. Special Requirements: Charge Nurse Experience Required Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Acute Care Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Teaching Hospital. Level 3 trauma. Total Staffed Beds: 317 Scrub Color: Navy Blue Charting: Epic (Excellian) Parking Cost: Parking: First day park in the Blue Ramp, Parking ticket will be validated for free for first day ONLY. After First Day: Night shift: parking is free in our ramp. Day/Evening Shift: Lot E (approximately 1.5 blocks from the hospital): $16.67 per 2 weeks for day/evening shift flat lot, cash or check, no CC. Payment is required in full at start of contract. Blue Ramp (across from hospital): $27.10 per 2 weeks for day/evening shift, cash or check, no CC. Payment is required in full at start of contract.
